En l&#8217;absence de nouvelles donn\u00e9es scientifiques, l&#8217;EFSA soutient une dose n\u00e9cessaire moyenne de 5,5mg d&#8217;\u00e9quivalent niacine\/1000 kcal, dose qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e par le Comit\u00e9 Scientifique de Nutrition en 1993, bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;excr\u00e9tion urinaire des m\u00e9tabolites de la niacine.<\/p>\n<p>Opinion: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/fr\/efsajournal\/pub\/3759.htm\" target=\"_blank\">cliquez ici<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Une consultation publique avait \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de commentaires sur la proposition de valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la niacine entre le 14 f\u00e9vrier et le 28 mars 2014.
