L&#8217;objet de cette pr\u00e9sentation est de passer en revue ces biais et de montrer comment ils peuvent \u00eatre corrig\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Tailles des portions r\u00e9ellement consomm\u00e9es<\/span>, par Pascale H\u00e9bel (CREDOC)<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es des enqu\u00eates de consommation permettent de mesurer de fa\u00e7on exacte les portions consomm\u00e9es. Les tailles des portions ainsi d\u00e9termin\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s souvent en inad\u00e9quation avec ce qu&#8217;il est conseill\u00e9 de consommer.
