Et les\u00a0principales mesures pr\u00e9ventives ne co\u00fbtent pas ch\u00e8res, car elles sont fortement li\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019alimentation et au mode de vie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;apr\u00e8s le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OMS, en investissant \u00e0 peine <strong>1 \u00e0 3 dollars par personne et par an<\/strong>, les pays peuvent r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la charge de morbidit\u00e9 et de mortalit\u00e9 due aux maladies non transmissibles (MNT).<\/p>\n<p>Ces chiffres font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en particulier \u00e0 des politiques publiques\u00a0visant \u00e0 lutter contre\u00a0<strong>la consommation de tabac<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>usage nocif de l\u2019alcool<\/strong>,\u00a0les <strong>r\u00e9gimes alimentaires n\u00e9fastes pour la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9<\/strong>, et \u00e0 promouvoir <strong>la prestation de soins de sant\u00e9 universels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A cette fin, le rapport propose des interventions efficaces et peu co\u00fbteuses, telles que notamment :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8211; l\u2019interdiction de toute forme de publicit\u00e9 en faveur du tabac,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8211; le remplacement des acides gras trans par des acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8211; la limitation ou l\u2019interdiction de la publicit\u00e9 en faveur de l\u2019alcool,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8211; la pr\u00e9vention des infarctus du myocarde et des accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8211; la promotion de l\u2019allaitement maternel,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8211; la pr\u00e9vention du cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus au moyen du d\u00e9pistage.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OMS, ne pas suivre et impl\u00e9menter ces d\u00e9marches volontaires est inacceptable dans la mesure o\u00f9, si rien ne change dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible ou interm\u00e9diaire, les pertes \u00e9conomiques cumul\u00e9es dues aux MNT s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8veront \u00e0 <strong>7000 milliards de dollars<\/strong> <strong>pour la p\u00e9riode 2011-2025<\/strong>.
