L\u2019ADEME a identifi\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents leviers et acteurs favorisant cette \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9marche de progr\u00e8s environnemental\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ce rapport dresse en 30 pages un panorama des\u00a0diff\u00e9rents impacts et enjeux environnementaux de la fili\u00e8re de l\u2019Alimentation impliquant tous les acteurs et de la cha\u00eene, aussi bien les producteurs que les consommateurs. Des chiffres-cl\u00e9s ainsi que des sch\u00e9mas illustrent leurs articles sur les empreintes environnementales des productions agricoles, animales et v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. De plus, ils abordent la lutte contre la perte et le gaspillage avec des chiffre-cl\u00e9s et des mesures simples \u00e0 mettre en place qui rendent compte du r\u00f4le de chacun dans cette lutte.
