La croissance de la consommation de F&amp;L est clairement souhaitable ainsi que, dans une moindre mesure, la croissance de la consommation de poisson et la r\u00e9duction de la consommation de viande rouge. Par ailleurs, il appara\u00eet que les impacts sant\u00e9 et environnementaux des recommandations sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compatibles, et que l\u2019impact sant\u00e9 domine l\u2019impact environnemental en valeur mon\u00e9taire<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs indiquent cependant que ces r\u00e9sultats doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s avec prudence en tenant compte de plusieurs limites.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Ces r\u00e9sultats permettent n\u00e9anmoins de contribuer aux d\u00e9bats publics sur les \u00e9volutions souhaitables des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires, en tenant compte de fa\u00e7on nouvelle des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des consommateurs et des co\u00fbts qu\u2019ils supportent d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019ils sont sollicit\u00e9s pour changer leurs modes de consommation. Modifier son r\u00e9gime alimentaire, que ce soit pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 ou environnementales, est<\/span><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">rarement facile ; les politiques publiques doivent prendre en compte cette difficult\u00e9.
