{"id":3673,"date":"2017-12-20T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2017-12-20T10:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/science-nutrition.com\/?p=3673"},"modified":"2017-12-20T12:15:32","modified_gmt":"2017-12-20T11:15:32","slug":"vers-une-alimentation-a-faible-emission-carbone-saine-et-abordable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/science-nutrition.com\/en\/2017\/12\/20\/vers-une-alimentation-a-faible-emission-carbone-saine-et-abordable\/","title":{"rendered":"Vers une alimentation \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission carbone, saine et abordable"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"l-subsection\"><div class=\"l-subsection-h\"><div class=\"l-subsection-hh g-html i-cf\">Cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en partenariat entre <strong>WWF<\/strong> et <strong>ECO2 initiative <\/strong>s&#8217;appuie sur les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les <strong>\u00e9tudes Livewell et Afterres 2050 <\/strong>en y int\u00e9grant la notion de mode de<strong> production durable <\/strong>qui en \u00e9tait absente.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Ainsi le WWF et Eco2 Initiative se sont associ\u00e9s pour \u00e9laborer des <strong>paniers alimentaires durables<\/strong> selon diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res : bas carbone, sains et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s d\u2019un point de vue nutritionnel, int\u00e9grant des produits labellis\u00e9s et \u00e0 un co\u00fbt acceptable. Ainsi, ils ont pu comparer diff\u00e9rents paniers alimentaires correspondant aux <strong>consommations hebdomadaires des m\u00e9nages fran\u00e7ais<\/strong> et en \u00e9valuer <strong>l\u2019impact carbone, le co\u00fbt et la qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle<\/strong>.
