L\u2019objectif est de faire un \u00e9tat des lieux des connaissances sur les points critiques de l\u2019alimentation, au regard de ses impacts sur l\u2019environnement, la sant\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9conomie et le social, dans les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et en d\u00e9veloppement et en tenant compte des changements globaux.
