(1996, 1999).<\/p>\n<p>Le demandeur a fourni 5 \u00e9tudes cliniques humaines (dont 4 \u00e9tudes propri\u00e9taires) comme \u00e9tant pertinentes \u00e0 l&#8217;all\u00e9gation de sant\u00e9 et qui ont permis de d\u00e9finir les conditions d&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;all\u00e9gation demand\u00e9e. Dans ces \u00e9tudes, la consommation de produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers riches en amidon lentement digestible, en comparaison \u00e0 la consommation de ces m\u00eames produits riches en amidon rapidement digestible, s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur le taux de glucose sanguin post-prandial et la r\u00e9ponse insulin\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;EFSA a indiqu\u00e9 les conditions pour pouvoir all\u00e9guer: les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers doivent contenir au moins 55% de glucides disponibles, sous forme d&#8217;amidon, incluant au moins 40% d&#8217;amidon lentement digestible.
