Deux voies permettent de couvrir les besoins quotidiens en vitamine D : l\u2019exposition au soleil et la consommation d\u2019aliments riches en vitamine D. Un apport insuffisant en vitamine D peut entrainer une diminution de la masse osseuse et donc un risque accru de fracture. Ces risques sont d\u2019autant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s lorsque la pratique d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique est r\u00e9duite, comme cela peut \u00eatre le cas en p\u00e9riode de confinement.
