class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">the report on organic production worldwide, Edition 2020 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agencebio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Carnet_MONDE_2020-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report in French<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agencebio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/OrganicSector2020_EnglishVersion.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report in English<\/a> available),<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">In short: this international report presents the evolution of organic agriculture in the world from 2000 to 2018. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">The global area cultivated organically represents in 2018, 71.5 million, or 1.5% of the entire agricultural territory of the 186 countries surveyed by FIBL \/ IFOAM. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Between 2000 and 2018, the number of organic farms in the world increased by 11.2 and the area cultivated organically by 4.6. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">In 2018, 50% of organically cultivated land is in Oceania (97% of Australia&#8217;s organic land is used for grazing) and 22% in Europe,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Organic farming represents a very variable share depending on the continent. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">the report on organic animal production and its impact on the Interbev).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">In short: <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">In 2020, among people who consume meat, 72% say they consume organic meat, 13 points more than in
