published <strong>Regulation (EU) 2021\/468 amending Annex III of<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:02006R1925-20190515&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation No 1925\/2006<\/a> (of December 20, 2006) of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to <strong>plant species containing<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><strong>hydroxyanthracene derivatives<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">Here are the new points brought to Annex III by this new regulation:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><strong>In Part A (list of prohibited substances):<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><strong>Aloe-emodin<\/strong> and all preparations in which this substance is present, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><strong>Emodin<\/strong> and all preparations in which this substance is present, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Preparations from leaves of Aloe species containing hydroxyanthracene derivatives<\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><strong>Dantrone<\/strong> and all preparations in which this substance is present.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><strong>In Part C (list of substances under Community control):<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Preparations from roots or rhizomes of <em>Rheum palmatum L<\/em>., of <\/span><\/span><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><em>Rheum officinale<\/em> Baillon and their hybrids containing hydroxyanthracenic derivatives, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Preparations from leaves or fruits of <em>Cassia senna<\/em><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">L. containing hydroxyanthracene derivatives, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">Preparations from the bark of <em>Rhamnus frangula<\/em> L. or <em>Rhamnus purshiana<\/em> DC.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">containing hydroxyanthracene derivatives. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, that is to say on <strong>7 April 2021 and shall apply in all Member States.<\/strong><\/span><strong> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">No transition period is foreseen.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To
