href=\"https:\/\/www.agencebio.org\/2022\/03\/14\/le-bio-repere-de-la-transition-alimentaire-selon-le-dernier-barometre-agence-bio-institut-csa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">19th Barometer of consumption and perception of organic products<\/a> in partnership with the CSA Institute.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"J0lOec\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">This 19th Barometer shows that:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"6\" data-number-of-phrases=\"10\">despite the emergence of product promises similar to organic, French people&#8217;s confidence in products from organic farming is increasing and the <strong>AB label remains the<\/strong><\/span><strong> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"7\" data-number-of-phrases=\"10\">major benchmark for eating well in France.<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"8\" data-number-of-phrases=\"10\">This year again, fewer and fewer consumers are held back by the price of organic products, especially among French people with lower purchasing power.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"9\" data-number-of-phrases=\"10\">Nearly 1 in 2 French people believe that they do not have enough information on organic products.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"6\" data-number-of-phrases=\"10\">The French are further diversifying their sources of supply of organic products, favoring the French origin of the products (93%) <strong>with a decline in organic purchases in supermarkets for 2 consecutive years<\/strong> (69% in 2021 against 74% in 2020 and<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"7\" data-number-of-phrases=\"10\">77% in 2019) in favor of local markets (35% in 2021 compared to 26% in 2020) and purchases made directly from artisans (31% compared to 25% in 2020).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"J0lOec\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span
