This project is supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/fermentedfoods.eu\/\">European programme PIMENTO &#8211; COST ACTION CA20128 &#8211; <strong>P<\/strong>romoting <strong>I<\/strong>nnovation of fer<strong>ment<\/strong>ed f<strong>O<\/strong>ods<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The long term goal of PIMENTO \u00a0is to place Europe at the spearhead of innovation on microbial foods, promoting health, regional diversity, local production at different scales. To cartography the role of fermented foods in the diet of European population is one of the objectives. It is why the first fermented food frequency questionnaire has been shaped. It is available in 28 languages!<\/p>\n<p>Answering <a href=\"https:\/\/conjointly.online\/study\/492884\/l4kf9g08ngtfyxqllhfn\">this questionnaire<\/a> will only take you about 15 minutes.
