Food Tech 2026, Paris

On February 5th, the FoodTech Show 2026 will take place at Village by CA (Paris) for a day dedicated to agri-food innovation, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

25 companies from the FoodTech® France network will participate and present their most innovative agri-food projects through pitches, demos, meetings, and business exchanges with the entire ecosystem: startups, investors, manufacturers, retailers, and experts. In just a few hours, you’ll discover the most advanced projects in the sector, both B2B and B2C.

The day’s program includes:

• 10:00 AM: Investor session,
• 12:00 PM–2:00 PM: Networking, demos & discussions,
• Afternoon: Agri-food & Retail Industry sessions (B2C),
• 4:00 PM: “Best Pitch” awards ceremony,
• A friendly closing cocktail reception will be held to continue discussions, turn the day’s contacts into concrete meetings, and initiate future collaborations.
