Contrary to what it had announced, the DGCCRF has suspended the Téléicare online declaration service since September 7. It is currently impossible to subscribe to the online procedure and use the new product notification service.

In its communication dated August 23, 2024, the DGAL had indicated that access to Téléicare would be maintained until the end of the year to follow the instructions of the files and the authorities had committed to continuity of the online declaration service. However, when you connect since September 7, the following message appears on the platform:

“Due to operational constraints, we are forced to temporarily suspend the new product declaration service on Teleicare. The service will be restored when Compl’Alim opens on September 23, where you will be able to submit your new declarations. We are actively working to improve our processes to prevent this situation from happening again and thank you for your understanding and patience.”

Exceptionally, between September 7 and 22, 2024, it is possible to place on the national market food supplements that fall under the provisions of Article 15 of Decree No. 2006-352 without the products having been declared concomitantly to the DGAL, provided that such a declaration is made the week of September 23 (the opening day of Compl’Alim).

From September 23, the Compl’Alim system will take over. It is recalled that operators remain primarily responsible for the compliance and health safety of the products they place on the market. In the case of products covered by the provisions of Article 16, the DGAL will ensure that the unavailability of the online declaration service does not affect the usual deadline for issuing the declaration certificate by processing requests submitted on September 23 via Compl’Alim within 1.5 months.
