The Theme for World Microbiome Day 2024 is “Feed your microbes – How diet shapes your gut microbiome”
Financed by the French State, with a total of 48.3 million euros for the cadre de France 2030, the Grand Défi «Ferments du Futur» was announced by webinaire Monday September 12, 2022. The project I piloted by INRAE and the ‘ANIA with the objective of mobilizing the natural techniques of fermentation in order to accelerate the agricultural and food revolution in the service of a healthy, durable and traceable food.
The EFSA published on May 2022 an article related to the project “Microbiota analysis for risk assessment: evaluation of hazardous dietary substances and its potential role on the gut microbiome variability and dysbiosis in a special issue dedicated to the European Food Risk assessment (EU-FOR A) program.
The Congress will gather many international well-knowned speakers. During both days, more than 50 oral communications and 50 posters will be presented.
